❓ Do you ship to my country? When?
We ship worldwide and operate warehouses in multiple countries to ensure efficient delivery. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
For orders within the United States and Canada, we ship via FedEx.
For European countries, we ship via DHL.
For the Middle East region, we ship via AR Shipping.
For Southeast Asia: Regional logistics partners.
Other regions: Appropriate international carriers depending on destination.
❓ Do I need to pay import tax or customs duties?
For most countries, the shipping cost shown at checkout already includes import taxes and customs duties, so you will not need to pay additional fees when your package arrives.

❓ What materials?
The combination of high-quality stainless steel 304 and premium rosewood gives UPHOT a sleek and durable design, perfect for both aesthetics and functionality. Additionally, silicone O-rings are used for sealing to ensure an airtight and efficient brewing process.
❓ Which type of CO2 cartridges fit UPHOT?
Both sizes 16g and 8g are fine.

❓ How many shots per CO₂ cartridge
For a 16g CO2 cartridge, it can make about 15 shots (cups) of espresso.
❓ Concern about CO₂ ?
CO₂ does not directly interact with boiling water in a chemically reactive way. Here’s how it relates to boiling water:
- Solubility in Hot Water: CO₂ is less soluble in hot or boiling water compared to cold water. As water approaches boiling, dissolved CO₂ escapes as a gas.
- Pressure Systems: If CO₂ is used in a pressurized system like UPHOT, it helps force water through the coffee grounds without chemically reacting with the boiling water itself. Its role is primarily mechanical, not chemical.
So while CO₂ doesn’t “interact” chemically with boiling water, its solubility decreases with heat, which is why it’s released as bubbles when water is heated. Its use in a coffee-making process is perfectly safe and practical.
❓ Can UPHOT use electric air pump?
Yes, both electric air pump and CO₂ cartridge will work. Electric air pump is usually noisy while the usage of CO₂ cartridge is very quiet and peaceful.

Any air pump that has Schrader connection will work.
The one that we are using in the video above is Xiaomi 2 air pump.

❓ Why no/low pressure shown in gauge when I am UPHOT to make espresso?
You need a really fine grind to allow UPHOT to build pressure:

❓ Is UPHOT a Moka Pot?
UPHOT is not a Moka pot; it is an espresso machine with 9-bar pressure that can adjust the extraction pressure according to the user’s taste preferences. Additionally, it avoids the excessively high water temperatures typically associated with Moka Pots.
❓ How long does it take to extract the coffee
It takes about 25-30 seconds to extract including pre-infusion. After you get to know how to use it by following our user guide, the whole process is 3-4 mins including boiling water. And can make espresso one after another right away.
❓ Espresso cold after extraction?
When the boiled water reaches the ground coffee, its temperature is approximately 92°C. By the time the extraction is complete, the temperature is around 70°C. These results are based on our prior testing.
❓ Have spare parts to sell separately?
Yes we have spare parts to sell separately. Simply just contact us to purchase more when needed. Usually they last very long.
❓ What’s your return policy?
Our products are designed, manufactured, and tested for durability and long-lasting performance. By following the included instructions and using them properly, they will serve you well for years to come. We offer a 1-year warranty on all RUNNNN products from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. We accept returns only for quality-related issues. If you experience any such issues, please request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by providing a detailed description along with photos or videos of the problem. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days in its original condition and packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the product cost. While we do not cover return shipping costs, we can assist you by providing discounted FedEx return shipping labels upon request.
