I was really stuck between this and the 9Barista, and I’m so glad I went with the UPHOT. I made a full review you can see here because when I was researching it, I could only find a couple of Reddit posts, one YouTube video, and RUNNNN’s own videos.
I used to have my own small business, so I know how rare it is to find a great product with great support. I bought this myself, and after using it I felt compelled to show people how it actually works in a small nyc apartment/city environment .
The most important thing I can say is that I just love this thing. It makes me smile.
Just amazing all the range of products, the design and the mamanufacture of all the products. Talking as well about the small details of each one of the products. Now i ve just get the UPTANK. Its just fantastic. And the coffee that that machine is creating. Its just wowww. Another great machine creating incredible coffee in mexico.
Amazing range of products for those who love to have a daily routine around coffee making. Coffee too is of the highest standard and assistance is impeccable.

Just Fantastic, all the way that we need to follow to create an Espresso, is just fantastic, it’s a machine maker just to enjoy and learn how to make a great espresso. all the parts are like an incredible puzzle, that makes you enjoy since the preparation and the way that you need to follow to put the machine at his right point.
I must admit I was a bit skeptical when I bought the UPHOT. At the time there was no real reviews from anyone, and all content was from RUNNN themselves, who has uploaded a very large amount of demo content, which to me seemed a bit aggressive. BUT, it seemed to fit my needs so perfectly that I had to try, and I was not disappointed. The brewer functions JUST as seen in the demo videos from RUNNN, and is even more satisfying to work with in real life. It brews outstanding espresso, and is very forgiving to brew with since you can do pressure profiling. The brewer is simple and built like a tank. I can’t see anything ever failing on this setup other than the few o-rings it has, which I guess should be easy to obtain even outside the manufacturer. The finish on the brewer is unbelievably good. I can’t recommend it enough.
I bought mine to take with me on camping trips. I have a really nice lever machine at home, and was not in need of another brewer for home use. That being said, I can absolutely brew as nice espresso on the UPHOT as on my “regular” machine.
